Take Care of Yourself

Your mental, spiritual, physical, intellectual and emotional health are so important – regardless of what you do. I've had the privilege of traveling, I read, I pick up the Wall Street Journal. You have to do all the things that are necessary to become a complete human being, aside from what you for as a living -- that’s not who you are. Being in touch with who you really are and developing yourself on all these different levels help you become a complete human being. You reach your full potential by being as evolved as you can be andas healthy as you can be physically. Exercise, eat right, take care of yourself, don’t put all that stupid unnecessary shit in your body. You don’t have to drink, you don’t have to smoke, you can be very happy and fulfilled -- trust me. I was as cool as they come and I didn’t need to get stupid or high or drunk for nobody.
