Be knowledgable about the business.You have to know your customer and your market.

For me, in Atlanta I know what is going to move here, I know what women are gonna buy here. They are not gonna buy anything that's too avant-garde, they will wear something that is a little more sexy and sophisticated. You have to know who and what you are working for.
