It always interests me when Hollywood-ers end up wearing the same thing, like there’s SOHH many designers and SOHH many dresses and ensembles, how does that happen? Maybe great minds think alike, or maybe a hot dress is just a hot dress.

So goes the case for both Eva Longoria Parker & Kim Kardashian who were both caught wearing this very chic Navy Ungaro gown. Eva donned it first at the 2007 Golden Globe Awards, while Kimmy was seen in hers just Wednesday night at the Monte Carlo Television Festival. Either way, you know the rules, 2 Celebs, 1 Get-up = STYLE STEALER, Who Wore What Best??

Wilma Flinstone Much?

Alexis Phifer (Owner of Fashion label Ghita & Kanye’s EX) hosted her “If Looks Could Kill” event on Wednesday night, and it seemed like she was tryna kill, resurrect, then kill again with that stone aged look she was rockin (no pun intended). Some of these celebs and their style (or lack thereof) sometimes really leaves me wondering “IS IT JUST ME”? Help me out, cause I know ya’ll have something to say!!!

FINALLY,
Father’s Day is this coming Sunday, and I think it’s really important to show some love for all the dad’s out there doin’ the most (and what they’re supposed to do) taking care of their children. My dad has been in my life since the day I was born and I don’t know where I’d be without him. To that end, I had a request for a lil Will Smith a couple weeks ago, and when I ran across these recent shots of him with his son Jaden at last weeks MTV Movie Awards, his [always] great style was the 2nd thing that stood right out to me! (Canary Yellow Cardigans with black, red & white Nike Dunk Lows?? Yes Please!!)

SOHH I thought what a great tradition to start: An Annual 1224Style Most Fashionable Father! This Year Mr. Smith is my pick. Ever since he married Jada [Pinkett-Smith], he’s NEVER disappointed on a red carpet or television screen!! His dedication to his family and marriage (He says divorce is just NOT an option) is beyond admirable, and is a commitment that is unfortunately growing more and more scarce in many communities and households. But the reality is, that for every 5 African American fathers who’s walked away from their responsibilities, there's at least 1-2 that haven’t. Good times, bad times, bad marriages or financial woes, there are fathers who understood the responsibility of the life they helped create and made their children a committed priority. To those men, I salute you. Thank You. Happy Father’s Day!
