SOHH I know this pic is a couple months old, but this was the first time I ran across it, therefore it's new to me (and hopefully to you too). My favorite Philly Fashionista E-V-E was spotted at the Ungaro Fall 08 Show at Paris Fashion week in this oversized rosette jacket.
